Shipping policy
We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
GENERAL SHIPPING:
- Orders are generally ready for shipping within 24-48 hours (Monday - Friday), depending on the time of day you place your order.
- Weekends and Holidays - orders are generally shipped within 72 hours. We may have some delays depending on order volumes, or during peak holidays and weekends.
- Note: Canada Post's delivery is offered at different rates

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY:
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email from us. Once shipped, please feel free to contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery related updates.
NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. This is beyond our control.
POSTAGE COSTS:
Everyone knows shipping is expensive right now. We aim to keep postage costs to a minimum. Areas that are hard to access by shipping carriers may see higher shipping costs than the rest of Canada. This is beyond our control.
HOW CAN YOU SAVE ON SHIPPING?
Note: these options apply to all items – except Fire pits and Wood Holders.
- FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 - delivered within 3-9 days in Canada
- FREE TORONTO PICKUP is available. A confirmation email with pickup address will be sent when your order is ready for PICK UP.
- LOCAL DELIVERY - FLAT FEE $15 – within a LIMITED TORONTO AREA and delivered within 2 business days.
- If you are NOT offered LOCAL DELIVERY at check out, it means your area is OUTSIDE of our LOCAL DELIVERY Zone. Sorry, no exceptions.
ORDER PROCESSING:
- We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@bigwideoutside.com
- We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
FIRE PITS AND WOOD HOLDERS
- Are currently only sold in ONTARIO
- They need to be ordered SEPARATELY from other products you purchase, as they are delivered by a different trucking service.
- A standard $150.00 delivery charge applies in Toronto and $250.00 outside Toronto. This is to your front yard only. Items are heavy (80-150lbs) so you will need several people to place in position.
